Great mix - CSAs are always exciting this time of year. Are those purple beans over there? I got some from a local farm last week, and haven't tried them yet. Any taste difference you've found?
Yep those are purple beans - we had some last year, and to me they didn't taste different from the green beans. They do turn a beautiful bright green when you cook them, which my husband likes as he says it's very easy to tell when they're done cooking and ready for eating!! :-)
